同步注浆上浮力作用下大盾构管片瞬时变形特征模型试验研究 被引量:1

Model Test Study on Instantaneous Deformation Characteristics of Large Shield Segments under Synchronous Grouting Buoyancy Effect

摘要 大直径盾构隧道施工期受高水压复杂地质环境影响,盾构同步注浆效果难以保证,管片极易产生过大上浮。以济南黄河隧道工程为背景,通过室内模型试验,探讨土体围压、同步注浆产生的上浮力及水平千斤顶推力耦合作用下,拱底与拱顶上浮量、收敛变形量、环纵向接缝错台量以及围压的瞬时变化规律和分布特性。研究发现:沿纵向观察时,拱顶与拱底竖向位移量、收敛变形量大致遵循对数正态分布;在盾尾后部第3环管片处,管片环的收敛变形量与纵缝错台量达到峰值;各环的收敛变形与竖向位移、环缝错台、纵缝错台近似成线性函数关系,拟合的函数斜率由未凝固区首环至末环呈现出逐环减小的趋势。建议实际工程中可考虑加强对脱出盾尾第3环管片的变形监测。 The construction of large⁃diameter shield tunnels in high water pressure complex geological environments cau⁃ses difficulty in ensuring the synchronous grouting effect,which can lead to excessive uplift in the segments.An indoor model test was conducted based on the Jinan Yellow River Tunnel project to analyze the instantaneous variation law and distribution characteristics of uplift amount of the arch bottom and arch crown,convergence deformation,circumferential longitudinal joint displacement,as well as confining pressure under the buoyancy coupling effect of horizontal jack thrust,confining pressure,and synchronous grouting.The results demonstrate that the vertical displacement and conver⁃gent deformation of the arch crown and arch bottom follow an approximately lognormal distribution along the longitudinal direction.The maximum values of convergent deformation and longitudinal joint dislocation of the segmental rings both occur along the longitudinal direction in the third segmental ring located behind the shield tail.Furthermore,linear func⁃tional relationships are obtained between convergent deformation and vertical displacement,circumferential joint disloca⁃tion and longitudinal joint dislocation,with the slope of these relationships demonstrating a decreasing trend ring by ring from the first ring to the last ring along the longitudinal direction in the unsolidified area.In the actual project,the de⁃formation monitoring of the third segmental ring located behind the shield tail is recommended be strengthened.
