摘要
为研究光照对白桦幼苗生长状况的影响,以100%自然光照为对照(CK),设置透光85%处理(L1)、透光70%处理(L2)、透光55%处理(L3)、透光40%处理(L4)进行实验,研究白桦幼苗成活率、生长特性、生物量和光合特性。结果表明:适当降低透光能够促进白桦幼苗的生长发育,随着透光率的降低、白桦幼苗的苗高、地径、一级侧枝长、冠幅、生物量、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均呈先升高后降低的趋势,在透光70%处理达到最大值,且白桦幼苗的保存率最高,为66.39%,因此,适当调整光照比例能够促进白桦幼苗生长,提高育苗效率。
In order to study the effect of illumination on the growth status of Betula platyphylla Sukaczev seedlings,100%natural illumination was used as the control(CK),and transmittance of 85%(L1),70%(L2),55%(L3),and 40%(L4)were set.The survival rate,growth characteristics,biomass,and photosynthetic characteristics of Betula platyphylla Sukacze seedlings were studied.The results showed that reducing illumination transmittance appropriately can promote the growth and development of Betula platyphylla Sukaczev seedlings.With the decrease of illumination transmittance,the seedling height,ground diameter,primary lateral branch length,crown width,biomass,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance of platyphylla Sukaczev seedlings all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The maximum value reached at 70%illumination transmittance,and the preservation rate of Betula platyphylla Sukaczev seedlings was the highest,at 66.39%.Therefore,adjusting the light ratio appropriately can promote the growth of Betula platyphylla Sukaczev seedlings and improve seedling efficiency.
