不同光照强度对草莓光合性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of different light intensity on photosynthetic abilities in strawberry

摘要 草莓光合性能决定其果实产量与品质。为在设施栽培中利用适宜光照强度(light intensity,LI)提高草莓的光合性能,研究100%LI[对照,约1300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1)]、75%LI和50%LI等光照强度对“章姬”草莓叶片生长、光合色素含量和光合性能的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,75%LI处理草莓叶片总叶绿素含量、捕获的激子所导致的电子传递效率(Ψo)和电子传递的量子产额(φEo)均显著增加,草莓叶片光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))和水分利用效率(E_(WUE))等也显著增加(分别增加6.7%、42.1%和16.3%)。虽然50%LI处理草莓三出复叶面积、叶柄长度和EWUE均显著增加,但其最大光化学量子产量(φPo)、单位截面积内反应中心密度(R_(C/CSM))、光合性能指数(P_(LABS))和蒸腾速率(T_(r))等指标显著降低。综上,设施棚内光照强度调节至75%LI可有助于提高草莓光合性能,促进光合产物积累。 Strawberry fruit yield and quality depend on the plant photosynthetic ability.To improve strawberry photosynthetic ability in greenhouse by using suitable light intensity(LI),the effects of 100%LI[CK,about 1300μmol·(m^(2)·s)^(-1)],75%LI and 50%LI on“Akihime”strawberry leaf growth,photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic ability were investigated.Compared with the control 100%LI,75%LI treatment significantly(P<0.05)increased the plant total chlorophyll content,electron transfer efficiency resulted from the trapped excitons(Ψo)and quantum yield for electron transport(φEo),and significantly raised the photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G_(s))and water use efficiency(E_(WUE)),with the increase of 6.7%,42.1%and 16.3%(P<0.05),respectively.Although 50%LI treatment significantly increased the ternately compound leaf area,petiole length and E_(WUE),it was not beneficial to the improvement of photosynthetic ability,due to the significant decrease in maximum photochemical quantum yield(φPo),density of reaction centers per excited cross-section(R_(C/CSM)),photosynthetic performance index(P_(LABS))and transpiration rate(T_(r)).Therefore,the greenhouse should be adjusted to 75%LI for improving strawberry photosynthetic ability and promoting photosynthetic product accumulation.
