摘要
目的通过文献计量方法,分析国际术后疼痛护理研究的发展及研究热点。方法将Web of Science核心合集里2000—2024年术后疼痛护理领域的论文作为数据源,运用Bibliometric在线平台和CiteSpace软件绘制科学图谱,进行可视化分析,检索时限为2000年1月1日至2024年7月10日。结果共纳入了893篇文献,发文量呈波动增长趋势,这一领域贡献最大的国家是美国(321篇),与其他国家的合作也最多,发文最多的机构是东芬兰大学(26篇),最有影响力的作者是He,Hong-Gu(15篇),突现强度最高的关键词是术前焦虑。结论术前焦虑和慢性疼痛是术后疼痛护理领域目前的研究热点,儿童与老年患者是重点研究对象,ERAS路径下的多模式镇痛、对乙酰氨基酚、运动诱发痛、智慧医疗是最新的研究前沿。
ObjectiveTo analyze the the development and research hotspots of international postoperative pain nursing research in the past 20 years by the method of bibliometrics. Methods Taking the papers in the field of postoperative pain care in the Web of Science core collection from 2000 to 2024 as the data source, the Bibliometric online platform and CiteSpace software were used to draw the scientific map and conduct visual analysis. Results A total of 893 articles were included,and the number of publications showed a fluctuating growth trend. The country with the largest contribution in this field was USA(321 articles), and the cooperation with other countries was the most. The institution with the most publications was University of Eastern Finland(26 articles),and the most influential authors were He, Hong-Gu(15 articles),and the keywords with the highest strength was preoperative anxiety. Conclusion Preoperative anxiety and chronic pain are the current research hotspots in the field of postoperative pain nursing,and children and elderly patients are the key research objects. Multimodal pain management under the ERAS pathway, intravenous acetaminophen, movement-evoked pain, and smart medicine are the latest research frontiers.
