摘要
利用宏观检验、金相检验、有效硬化层硬度测试及扫描电镜观察等方法对某42CrMo轴件的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该轴件的断裂属性为脆性断裂,而轴件材料存在的晶粒粗大、魏氏体脆性相、网状铁素体以及晶界上存在的屈氏体等组织缺陷是造成早期脆性断裂的主要原因。
The fracture reason of a 12CrMo axis was analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, metallo graphic examination, the etfective depth testing of hardening layer. SEM observation and so on. The results showed that the fracture attribute of axis was brittle fracture, and the early brittle fracture was caused by the mierostrticture defect which was found in the axis material, such as coarse grain, brittle phase of widmanstatten structure, reticu late ferrite, as well as the troostite existed on grain boundaries and so on.
