摘要
新质生产力人才,不仅是战略性新兴产业人才,更是未来产业人才,成为新一轮产业竞速中的制胜关键,其理念之新、背景之新、价值之新,对高校科研评价体系提出了更为与时俱进的要求。高校科研评价与新质生产力人才需求之间的耦合机制问题,是一个涉及教育、科研、经济和社会发展的多维度议题,包含新质生产力人才对高校科研评价的需求机制与高校科研评价对新质生产力人才的供给机制。这一机制的研究对于理解两者之间的相互作用关系,以及如何通过优化这一关系来推动高校科研创新和新质生产力发展具有重要意义。
New quality productivity talents are not only talents of strategic emerging industries,but also talents of future industries,becoming the key to winning in the new round of industrial competition.Its new concepts,new backgrounds,new and values have put forward more up-to-date requirements for the scientific research evaluation system of colleges and universities.The research on the coupling mechanism between the evaluation of scientific research in colleges and universities and the demand for new quality productivity talents is a multidimensional issue involving education,scientific research,economic and social development,including the demand mechanism of new quality productivity talents to evaluation of scientific research in colleges and universities and the supply mechanism of evaluation of scientific research in colleges and universities to new quality productivity talents.The study of this mechanism is of great significance for understanding the interaction between the two and how to optimize this relationship to promote scientific research innovation and the development of new quality productivity in colleges and universities.
