摘要
基层结构在路面结构体系中主要起到承上启下的作用,承受面层传来的行车荷载,同时保护底基层结构,因此,基层结构的施工质量直接决定着整个路面结构的强度和稳定性。为保证公路工程建设中路面基层施工质量,本文以某公路合同段为例,对其路面基层施工技术进行深入分析,涉及施工准备、拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理等环节,并提出各施工环节管理要点,可为相关工程技术人员提供参考。
The subgrade structure plays a pivotal role within the pavement structure system,bearing the traffic loads transmitted from the surface layer while protecting the underlying subgrade structure.Consequently,the construction quality of the subgrade structure directly determines the strength and stability of the entire pavement structure.To ensure the quality of subgrade construction in highway engineering,this paper takes a specific highway contract section as an example to conduct an in-depth analysis of the subgrade construction techniques,covering aspects such as construction preparation,mixing,transportation,paving,compaction,and joint treatment.The paper also proposes management points for each construction phase,providing a reference for relevant engineering technicians.
