摘要
目的探讨六味安神胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗老年抑郁症伴失眠的疗效。方法选取2020年11月至2023年11月河北省第三荣军优抚医院收治的80例抑郁症伴失眠患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用阿戈美拉汀片治疗,研究组采用六味安神胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗,比较2组疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)评分、P物质、5-羟色胺及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,2组HAMD、PSQI评分及血清P物质水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,2组血清5-HT均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年抑郁症伴失眠患者经六味安神胶囊联合阿戈美拉汀片治疗后,失眠、抑郁症状显著缓解。同时,机体血清P物质水平下降,5-羟色胺水平升高,疗效可靠。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Liuwei Anshen Capsules combined with agomelatine tablets in the treatment of elderly depression with insomnia.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression and insomnia admitted to third Rongjun special care hospital of Hebei province from November 2020 to November 2023 were divided into control group(40 cases,treated with agomelatine tablets)and study group(40 cases,treated with Liuwei Anshen capsules combined with ag⁃omelatine tablets).The efficacy,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQ⁃SI)score,substance P(SP),5⁃hydroxytryptamine(5⁃HT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Af⁃ter 2 months of treatment,the HAMD,PSQI scores and serum SP levels of the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the serum 5⁃HT levels of the two groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After treatment with Liuwei Ansh⁃en Capsules combined with agomelatine tablets in elderly patients with depression and insomnia,the symptoms of insomnia and depression were significantly relieved.At the same time,the serum SP level decreased and the 5⁃HT level increased.The effi⁃cacy is reliable.
