短流程钢铁企业污水零排放运行模式研究

摘要 介绍了河北省某短流程钢铁企业推进污废水零排放的运行模式的案例。针对河北省水资源紧张的局面,结合钢铁行业高水耗特征,为实现长久的绿色发展,开拓市政再生水作为生产水源,降低对环境的取水量,同时,回收钢铁园区污废水和部分雨排水回用处理,制备脱盐水,实现污水稳定、高质的资源化。针对脱盐工序副产的浓盐水,采用分盐结晶工艺处理,生产硫酸钠和氯化钠结晶盐,确保污水回用过程中持续的盐分平稳与稳定。循环水系统广泛采用高效一体化的水处理设备,降低水处理过程水耗。取得了较好的节水效益与社会效益。 This paper introduces a case of a short process steel enterprises in Hebei Province to promote the operation mode of zero discharge of sewage.Due to the water shortage situation in Hebei Province and the high water consumption characteristics of the steel industry,to achieve sustainable development,develop municipal reclaimed water as a production source to reduce the amount of water taken from the environment,recycle the waste water from the iron and steel park and part of the rainwater drainage for desalting treatment,Realize the stable and high quality resource of sewage.Sodium sulfate and sodium chloride were produced by salt separation and crystallization process,ensure the continuous salt stability and stability in the process of sewage reuse.The circulating water system widely uses efficient and integrated water treatment equipment to reduce water consumption in the water treatment process.Water⁃saving benefits and social benefits are very prominent.
