摘要
为提高建筑垃圾和粉煤灰的利用率,采用再生骨料、水泥和粉煤灰制备再生混凝土砖。分别研究了粉煤灰等质量取代水泥对再生混凝土砖表观密度、孔隙率、抗压强度、抗折强度及比强度的影响。试验结果表明:尤其在14 d龄期,粉煤灰取代20%水泥时,再生混凝土砖试件的抗压强度、抗折强度及比强度有明显提高;28 d龄期,再生混凝土砖的力学性能也有提升,表观密度减小,孔隙率变化不大。
For better utilization of construction & demolotion waste(CDW) together with fly ash,recycled concrete bricks were fabricated by using recycled concrete aggregate,cement and fly ash. The effects of different replacement ratio of cement by fly ash on the apparent density,porosity,compressive strength,flexural strength and specific strength of recycled concrete bricks were researched. The test results showed that especially in the 14-day-old period,the compressive strength,flexural strength and specific strength of recycled concrete bricks were significantly improved at 20% replacement ratio of cement by fly ash,and the mechanical properties of the recycled bricks at the 28-day-old age are also improved,while the apparent density was reduced and the porosity was little increased.
