摘要
目的 探讨临床医学期刊与一流学科协同发展的机制。方法 在检索国内科技期刊与一流学科建设融合发展的有关文献资料及国家临床重点专科建设标准等政策、法规的基础上,提炼指标要素。采用方便抽样法,选取8名专家进行访谈,初步构建临床医学期刊与一流学科协同发展的指标体系,共51个指标;开展3轮德尔菲法专家函询调查,确定临床医学期刊与一流学科协同发展的核心指标和重要指标。结果 本研究确定33个临床医学期刊与一流学科协同发展的指标,其中核心指标17个(期刊层面10个、学科层面6个、政策导向层面1个)、重要指标16个(期刊层面11个、学科层面5个)。结论 临床医学期刊与一流学科的发展应以互融共生、协同发展为指导原则,其协同发展的建议包括努力提升临床医学期刊品牌与国内外影响,增强对一流学科建设的主动服务意识;临床学科努力提升临床及科研实力,为学术期刊提供丰富的学术资源;坚持学科、人才、期刊“三位一体”发展模式。
Objective To explore the mechanism of collaborative development between clinical medical journals and top disciplines.Methods Based on relevant literature on the integration and development of domestic scientific and technological journals with first-class discipline construction were retrieved,as well as national clinical key specialty construction standards and other policies and regulations,indicator elements were extracted.Convenience sampling method was used,eight experts were selected for interviews to preliminarily construct an indicator system for collaborative development of clinical medical journals and first-class disciplines,with a total of 51 indicators.Three rounds of Delphi expert inquiry surveys were conducted,core indicators,and important indicators for collaborative development of clinical medical journals and first-class disciplines were identified.Results A total of 33 indicators fo collaborative development of clinical medical journals and first-class disciplines,included 17 core indicators(ten at journal level,six at discipline level,and one at policy orientation level),and 16 important indicators(11 at journal level,and five at discipline level)were identified in this study.Conclusion The development of clinical medical journals and first-class disciplines should be guided by the principles of mutual integration,symbiosis,and collaborative development.Suggestions for collaborative development include striving to enhance brand and domestic and international influence of clinical medical journals,and strengthen proactive service awareness for the construction of first-class disciplines;clinical disciplines strive to enhance clinical and research capabilities,providing rich academic resources for academic journals;adhere to the“trinity”development model of disciplines,talents,and journals.
