我国STEM教育政策的演进历程、变迁特征与未来趋向

A Study on the Research Hotspots and Prospects of STEM Education Policy in China:A Knowledge Graph Analysis Based on CiteSpace(2015-2024)

摘要 STEM教育作为一种综合性的跨学科教育模式,其重要性已得到广泛认可。近年来,我国相继出台了多项与STEM教育相关的政策文件,运用经验总结法对我国过去十年间的STEM教育政策研究成果进行了可视化分析,研究表明:我国STEM教育政策历经从科学素养提升阶段(2002年-2006年),到初步探索和建设阶段(2014-2020年),再到深度推广和创新阶段(2021年至今)的演进,呈现出了不同阶段的发展特征。我国STEM教育政策研究主体多由少数代表性学者主导,师范类院校在机构中占据主导地位,广泛的合作网络尚未形成;研究内容主要涉及STEM学科建设、创新人才培养和教育公平等领域。我国STEM教育政策在促进跨学科融合中表现出反思性和探索性,在寻求跨学科自强中凸显出蜕变性和调适性,在提升STEM跨学科自信中彰显出前瞻性和创新性。面对全新的历史机遇期,教育强国背景下的STEM教育研究将展现出全新的发展态势,研究对象注重STEM教育的区域差异与均衡发展;研究范畴深入推动多学科交叉、多主体协同研究;研究趋向着重促进STEM教育与新兴技术的深度融合。 STEM education,as a comprehensive interdisciplinary educational model,has gained widespread global recogni⁃tion.In recent years,China has issued a series of policy documents related to STEM education.Using the method of experience summary and with the help of CiteSpace software,this study conducted a visual analysis of the research achievements on STEM education policies in China over the past ten years.The study shows that China's STEM education policies have evolved from the stage of enhancing scientific literacy(2002-2006)to the stage of initial exploration and construction(2014-2020),and then to the stage of in-depth promotion and innovation(2021 to the present).In terms of research subjects,the research was mostly led by a small number of representative scholars,and teacher education institutions dominated the research institutions.However,a broad network of cooperation has not yet been formed.In terms of research content,it mainly involves the construction of STEM subjects,the cultivation of innovative talents,and educational equity.In the future,we should further highlight the core role of STEM education,form stronger collaborative research teams,enrich the content of subject construction,expand the research per⁃spective,and utilize emerging technologies to continuously promote innovation in STEM education.At the same time,we need to formulate personalized implementation plans for regional policies to promote educational equity.
