摘要
变压器是城市轨道交通的重要环节,目前变压器普遍在安全、节能、智能化等方面存在一些问题。硅橡胶干式变压器能够满足城市轨道交通关于能效、空载损耗、噪声、电磁屏蔽和负载能力等性能指标的要求。健康管理系统实现电力变压器运行状态的全面监测,及时发现早期的潜在故障,提高设备运行的安全稳定性,实现变压器“定期检修”转变为“状态检修”。
Transformers are an important part of urban rail transit.Currently,transformers generally have some problems in terms of safety,energy conservation,and intelligence.Silicone rubber dry-type transformers can meet the requirements of urban rail transit on performance indicators such as energy efficiency,no-load loss,noise,electromagnetic shielding,and load capacity.The health management system realizes comprehensive monitoring of the operating status of power transformers,detects early potential faults in a timely manner,improves the safety and stability of equipment operation,and realizes the transformation of"regular maintenance"of transformers into"condition-based maintenance".
