摘要
目的:了解寿光市成年居民高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常共患现状及影响因素,为制定防控策略提供支撑。方法:以2023年寿光市慢性病及其危险因素监测数据为基础,采用多阶段分层整群抽样法随机抽取寿光市≥18岁的2 181名成年居民,进行问卷调查、体格测量和实验室检测。结果:寿光市成年居民高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患病率分别为35.63%、12.33%、40.39%。居民患1种、2种、3种慢性病的患病率分别为35.90%、18.66%、5.04%,男性患病率均高于女性。≥45岁人群患≥2种慢性病的比例明显上升。高血压合并血脂异常、高血压合并糖尿病、糖尿病合并血脂异常的患病率分别为13.43%、2.71%、2.52%,三高共患率为5.04%。logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、≥45岁、低受教育程度、超重肥胖、蔬菜水果摄入不足是寿光市成年居民三高共患的危险因素。结论:寿光市成年居民高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常患病率较高。应对危险因素进行综合防控,三高共管,同防同治。
OBJECTIVE To understand the co-occurrence status and influencing factors of hypertension,diabetes,and dyslipidemia among adult residents in Shouguang,and to provide data support.METHODS A total of 2181 residents aged 18 and above were randomly selected as survey participants using a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method.Questionnaire surveys,physical measurements,and laboratory tests were conducted.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and unordered multinomial logistic regression analysis was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the co-occurrence of hypertension,diabetes,and dyslipidemia.RESULTS The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes,and dyslipidemia among adult residents in Shouguang were 35.63%,12.33%,and 40.39%,respectively.The prevalence rates of 1,2,and 3 chronic diseases were 35.90%,18.66%,and 5.04%,with males having higher prevalence rates than females.Among individuals aged≥45 years,the proportion of those with two or more chronic diseases increased significantly.The prevalence rates of hypertension combined with dyslipidemia,hypertension combined with diabetes,and diabetes combined with dyslipidemia were 13.43%,2.71%,and 2.52%,respectively,with the co-occurrence rate of three highs being 5.04%.The results of multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that male gender,age≥45 years,low education level,overweight/obesity,and insufficient intake of vegetables and fruits were risk factors for the co-occurrence of three highs among adult residents in Shouguang.CONCLUSION The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes,and dyslipidemia among adult residents in Shouguang are high.Comprehensive prevention and control measures targeting risk factors should be implemented,focusing on the co-management,prevention,and treatment of three highs.
