摘要
为定量评估垃圾桶的服务能力,本文顾及大学功能区划与垃圾桶服务半径,使用服务覆盖率、服务重叠率、服务供需比和服务舒适度4个指标构建空间均衡系数,并利用垃圾桶实际满溢程度验证其结果,为校园设施布局提供建议。结果表明:1)研究区整体服务空间均衡系数0.33,人均服务资源分配较为公平;2)各功能区存在一定空间失衡情况,休憩区服务空间均衡性最好,系数为0.23,未开发区、餐饮区和教学区失衡较为严重,均大于0.4,运动区、宿舍区、办公区和风景区表现均衡,均小于0.4,且验证结果良好;3)研究区中部教学和餐饮场所集中、道路发达、垃圾桶布局均匀,服务能力均衡;研究区外部地形起伏较大、人流量少、垃圾桶分布稀疏,服务能力失衡。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the service capacity of garbage bins,this paper considers the functional zoning of the university and the service radius of garbage bins,constructs the spatial equilibrium coefficient using four indicators:service coverage rate,service overlap rate,service supply-demand ratio,and service comfort,and verifies the results by using the actual overflow degree of garbage bins to provide suggestions for the layout of campus facilities.The results show that:(1)the overall service spatial equilibrium coefficient in the study area is 0.33,and the per capita service resources are distributed more fairly;(2)there is a certain spatial non-equilibrium in each functional area,the best service spatial equilibrium is in the rest area with a coefficient of 0.23,more serious non-equilibrium is in the undeveloped area,dining area and teaching area,all coefficients are greater than 0.4,and equilibrium performance is in the sports area,dormitory area,office area,and scenic area,all coefficients are less than 0.4,and verification results are good;(3)the central part of the campus has concentrated teaching and dining places,well-developed roads,and evenly laid out garbage bins,with equilibrium service capacity;the external part of the campus has large topographic undulations,low pedestrian flow,and sparse distribution of garbage bins with non-equilibrium service capacity.
