Research on the Path of Elderly Group's Diverse Participation in Promoting High-Quality Development of Community Economy in the Context of Silver Economy

摘要银发经济快速崛起背景下,老年群体多元参与对推动社区经济高质量发展具有重要战略意义。基于银发经济理论,系统分析了老年群体多元参与推动社区经济高质量发展的作用机理和制约因素。研究发现,老年群体多元参与通过释放消费潜力、重构产业生态和驱动创新发展,促进社区经济转型升级。然而,存在参与机制与老年群体异质性需求错配、数字化转型与适应能力失衡等因素制约参与效能。据此,提出构建多元参与机制、实施数字化赋能、优化政策执行体系和重塑老年价值认知等发展路径,为银发经济背景下社区经济高质量发展提供理论依据和政策思路。 In the context of the rapid rise of the silver economy,the diverse participation of elderly groups holds significant strategic importance for promoting high-quality development of community economies.Based on silver economy theory,this study systematically analyzes the mechanisms of action and constraining factors of elderly groups'diverse participation in promoting high-quality development of community economies.The research finds that the diverse participation of elderly groups promotes the transformation and upgrading of community economies by unleashing consumption potential,restructuring industrial ecosystems,and driving innovative development.However,factors such as mismatches between participation mechanisms and the heterogeneous needs of elderly groups,as well as imbalances between digital transformation and adaptive capacities,constrain the effectiveness of participation.Accordingly,the study proposes development paths including constructing diverse participation mechanisms,implementing digital empowerment,optimizing policy execution systems,and reshaping the perception of elderly value.These findings provide theoretical foundations and policy guidelines for high-quality development of community economies in the context of the silver economy.
