摘要
文章基于2015—2020年大别山区57个县(市、区)的面板数据,利用超效率SBM模型测算县域生态效率并分析了其变动趋势,进一步采用Tobit回归模型测算大别山区县域生态效率影响因素的作用。结果表明,大别山区生态效率总体呈现上升态势,各省的县域生态效率均值按从高到低排序分别为:安徽省>河南省>湖北省;研究期内,大别山区多数县(市、区)生态效率有所上升,少数县(市、区)生态效率值出现下降;在大别山区生态效率的影响因素中,经济水平、产业结构、环境规制及区位条件作用显著,人口规模及政府干预作用不显著,各影响因素对大别山区三个省份生态效率的作用存在异质性。根据研究结果,文章提出促进大别山区生态效率良性发展的对策建议。
Based on the panel data of 63 counties(urban areas)in the Dabie mountainous region from 2015 to 2020,this article measures the county eco-efficiency by using the super-efficiency SBM model,analyzes the trend of eco-efficiency changes at the provincial and county levels,and constructs the Tobit regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the eco-efficiency of the counties in the Dabie mountainous region at the overall and provincial levels.The results show that:as a whole,the eco-efficiency of Dabie mountainous area generally shows an upward trend between 2015 and 2020,and the eco-efficiency of each province is ranked from high to low as follows:Anhui Province>Henan Province>Hubei Province.From the county level,the eco-efficiency of most of the counties(districts)in Dabie mountainous area has increased during the study period,and the eco-efficiency values of a few counties(districts)have declined,The eco-efficiency of the Dabie mountainous area has increased during the study period.Among the factors influencing ecological efficiency,environmental regulation,location conditions,economic level,industrial structure and government intervention play a positive role.
