摘要
基于2005—2016年环渤海地区44个城市的面板数据,利用Bootstrap-数据包络分析法模型测算各城市的工业生态效率并分析其时空演变特征,构建面板Tobit回归模型,研究环渤海地区工业生态效率的主要影响因素。结果表明:2005—2016年环渤海地区工业生态效率值均小于1,总体水平较低,提升空间较大;省域之间工业生态效率差异明显,形成了以鲁东、鲁西地区为热点区,辽中地区为冷点区的空间格局;工业集聚对工业生态效率的影响最为显著,而科技研发、经济发展、环境规制、外商投资等的影响程度各不相同。
Based on panel data of 44 cities in Circum-Bohai Sea region from 2005 to 2016, Bootstrap-data envelopment analysis model was used to estimate the industrial eco-efficiency of each city, and its spatial-temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed. A panel Tobit regression model was constructed to research main influencing factors of industrial eco-efficiency in Circum-Bohai Sea region. The results show that the industrial eco-efficiency values in Circum-Bohai Sea region are all less than 1 from 2005 to 2016, the overall level is still low, and the improvement space is large. There are obvious differences in the industrial eco-efficiency among provinces, forming a spatial pattern with eastern Shandong and western Shandong as hot spots and central Liaoning as cold spots. Industrial agglomeration has the most significant impact on the industrial eco-efficiency, while scientific and technological research and development, economic development, environmental regulation, and foreign investment have different impacts.
