摘要
为验证钢筋混凝土中添加钢纤维后得到的新型材料特性,利用参数已知的混凝土材料浇筑试验构件,完成钢纤维混凝土裂纹扩展特性研究。在浇筑得到的试件上选择若干测量点,安装应变贴片并在选定位置放置激光位移计。在伺服疲劳结构试验机上按照设定的载荷参数依次对混凝土试件进行静力载荷加载试验,获取试件的扰度、裂纹扩展规律并测量构件裂纹数量、宽度和长度。试验结果表明,混凝土构件添加钢纤维后,试件的静力循环次数增加,钢纤维含量为1.5%的构件循环受力次数较0.5%含量至少增加了45.1万次;裂纹数量、宽度以及长度明显减少,即添加了钢纤维后可以有效提升构件的裂纹扩展特性。
To verify the new material properties obtained by adding steel fibers to reinforced concrete,the crack propagation characteristics of steel fiber reinforced concrete were studied by pouring test components of concrete materials with known parameters.A number of measuring points were selected on the poured specimen,strain gauge patches were installed,and laser displacement gauges were placed at selected positions.On the servo fatigue struc⁃ture testing machine,static load loading tests were carried out on concrete specimens in sequence according to the set load parameters,the disturbance degree and crack propagation law of the specimens were obtained,and the num⁃ber,width and length of cracks of the components were measured.The experimental results showed that after adding steel fibers to concrete components,the number of static cycles of the specimens increased.The number of cyclic forces on components with a steel fiber content of 1.5%increased by at least 451000 times compared to those with a steel fiber content of 0.5%.The number,width,and length of cracks were significantly reduced,indicating that the addition of steel fibers can effectively enhance the crack propagation characteristics of the component.
