摘要
为了更加准确地了解水稻新品系的亲缘关系,本研究选用分辨力强、多态性较高的20对SRAP引物标记对42个水稻新品系进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,20对引物扩增出204个等位点,其中,有135个多态等位点,多态百分率为66.2%;每对引物分别检测出等位点变异2~9个,平均值为6.75。供试水稻新品系间的遗传差异系数为0.02~0.29。用欧式平方距离对42个水稻新品系的聚类分析表明,当遗传相似性为0.11时可将42个水稻新品系可聚为7大类群。研究结果在分子水平上进一步了解水稻新品系的遗传差异,为水稻育种工作中新品系的淘汰与推广提供了有效的补充依据。
In order to know more about the genetic relationship of new rice lines,the genetic diversity of 42 new rice lines was analyzed by SRAP primer markers with high resolution and high polymorphism.The results showed that 204 alleles were amplified by 20 pairs of primers,among which 135 were polymorphic alleles and the percentage of polymorphism reached 66.2%.Each pair of primers detected 2 to 9 allelic variants,For 6.75 variations.The genetic difference coefficient of new rice lines tested was 0.02~0.29.Clustering analysis of 42 new rice lines with European square distance showed that 42 new rice lines could be clustered into 7 major groups when the genetic similarity was 0.11.The results further find out the genetic differences of new rice lines at the molecular level and provide an effective supplementary basis for the elimination and promotion of new lines in rice breeding.
