摘要
乙酰左旋肉碱(ALC)是左旋肉碱的一种天然形态,可根据机体需要自身合成。ALC主要在哺乳动物的肝脏、肾脏和脑组织中合成,储存在心脏、肌肉和骨骼中。ALC广泛应用于临床,特别是其在提高男性生育能力方面的应用已得到公认。本文主要综述近年ALC在阿尔茨海默病、肝性脑病、抑郁症以及糖尿病周围神经病变等方面的临床应用。
Acetyl-L-carnitine(ALC) is a nature form of L-carnitine,which can be synthesized in liver,kidney and brain tissue according to body needs.It is stored in the heart,muscle and bone tissue.ALC was wildly used in clinic for improving male fertility,which has been recognized.This article reviews the recent clinical application of ALC in other indications except reproductive activity,which mainly include the application in Alzheimer's disease,hepatic encephalopathy,depression and diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
