摘要
目的观察清热化瘀塞流方加减治疗崩漏的疗效。方法采用清热化瘀塞流方加减治疗湿热夹瘀型崩漏患者(临床见多种类型子宫出血,排除恶性病变、外伤、与妊娠相关疾病)138例,观察止血疗效,并对药物的疗效及安全性进行判定。结果清热化瘀塞流方具有较好的止血疗效,总有效率为92.75%。结论清热化瘀塞流方能促进子宫内膜修复,缩短阴道出血时间。
Objective To observe the curative effect on the treatment of of Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis with Qingre Huayu Sailiu Decoction.Methods To use the Qingre Huayu Sailiu Decoction to treat Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis patient of damp-heat with stasis syndrome in 138 cases,and to observe the effect of hemostasis,and to determine the efficacy and safty of drugs. Results Qingre Huayu Sailiu Decoction could significantly improve the hemostatic efficacy,the total clinical effect rate was 92. 75%. Conclusion Qingre Huayu Sailiu Decoction can promote restoration of the endometrium and shorten the bleeding time.
