摘要
目的探究隐白穴艾灸合固冲汤治疗脾虚型崩漏的止血效果。方法 80例脾虚型崩漏患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用固冲汤治疗,观察组患者给予隐白穴艾灸合固冲汤治疗,比较和分析两组止血效果。结果观察组患者止血治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组患者止血治疗总有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.50,P<0.05)。结论隐白穴艾灸合固冲汤治疗脾虚型崩漏患者,相比于单纯服用固冲汤,起效迅速,优势明显,可作为临床治疗脾虚型崩漏的首选止血治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of moxibustion of acupoint Yinbai and Guchong decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency type of uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 80 patients with spleen deficiency type of uterine bleeding were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Guchong decoction, and the observation group was treated with moxibustion of acupoint Yinbai and Guchong decoction. The hemostatic effect in two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had total effective rate of hemostatic treatment as 92.5%, which was 75.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.50, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with simple application of Guchong decoction, moxibustion of acupoint Yinbai and Guchong decoction shows obvious advantages of rapid onset in treating spleen deficiency type of uterine bleeding, and can be used as the preferred method for clinical treatment of spleen deficiency type of uterine bleeding.
