摘要
目的 :调查头颈部癌症患者身体意象的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 :采用一般资料调查表、身体意象量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表对106例接受手术治疗的头颈部癌症患者进行调查。结果 :头颈部癌症患者的身体意象得分为5.00(4.00,7.00)分。多元回归分析显示患者的焦虑情绪、疾病分期、积极应对方式、文化程度和性别是患者身体意象的影响因素,可解释34.6%的总变异。结论 :头颈部癌症患者存在身体意象失调,临床医护人员应关注头颈部癌症患者的身体意象现状并制订相应的干预措施,提高患者的身体意象水平,促进患者身心健康。
Objective:To investigate the current status of body image in patients with head and neck cancer,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 106 cancer patients receiving surgery were surveyed by the General Information Scale,Body Image Scale(BIS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The total body image of patients with head and neck cancer was 5.00(4.00,7.00).Multiple regression analysis showed that anxiety emotion,disease stage,positive coping style,educational level and gender were the influencing factors of the patient’s body image(R2=0.346,F=12.119,P<0.001).Conclusion:Patients with head and neck cancer experienced body image disturbance.Medical staff should pay attention to the patient’s body image and formulate corresponding intervention measures to improve the body image level of patients and promote their physical and mental health.
