摘要
针对当前我国大学毕业生就业难度的日渐增大 ,文章分析了大学生在就业中所面临的四大压力 ,即高失业率、加入WTO、高校扩招、农村剩余劳动力和城市下岗职工的问题 ,并提出大学毕业生“走向农村”
This article is not only directed at the increasing difficulty during the process of get employment ,but also analyzes 4 kinds of pressure which collegians are facing when they are looking for job. And put forward a view that 'go toward countryside' is a new outlet to solve the problem.
