摘要
城市绿地生态系统在提升市民福祉、美化城市环境方面作用显著。文中运用条件价值评估法与旅行成本法相结合的方式,基于市民认知与支付意愿,定量评估了北京市公园绿地、公共绿地和社区绿地生态系统的文化服务价值。结果显示:公园绿地、公共绿地和社区绿地生态系统的文化服务价值分别为24.74元/m^2、16.70元/m^2和13.36元/m^2;其中娱乐与生态旅游功能、美学功能是最主要的文化服务形式;不同人群的个人基本特征对不同类型绿地生态系统服务功能的利用频率有显著的差异性。
Urban green space ecosystem plays a significant role in improving people’s well-being and beautifying the urban environment. By using a combination of conditional value method and travel cost method the cultural service values of Beijing park green spaces, community green spaces and public green spaces ecosystem were quantitatively evaluated. Results show that: the cultural service value of park green spaces, community green spaces and public green spaces are 24.74 yuan/m^2, 16.70 yuan/m^2, and 13.36 yuan/m^2, respectively;entertainment and ecotourism functions and aesthetic functions are the most important forms of cultural services;people with different characteristics show significant differences in the frequency of their use of different types of green space services.
