摘要
如何推动城市老工业区转型升级以及如何促进经济、社会、环境协调发展逐步引起人们的关注。文章以江苏省新沂市城西片区工业基地为例,分析了城西片区的历史由来、现状特征及主要问题,提出了对接周边功能、提升土地价值和明确功能导向三个方面的发展策略;同时,立足"水绿交融、核心驱动、轴线拓展、绿廊贯穿、片区联动"的总体构思,加快新城中心区、新戴运河走廊、创新创业新天地、工业遗址公园和国际商贸城的建设,以期塑造"一区、一廊、一地、一园、一城"的特色空间系统。
How to promote the transition of old industrial bases on economy, society and environment has got peoples’ attention. The paper take the west industrial bases of Xinqi city, Jiangsu province as an example, analyzes the historical and present situation and problems, proposes three strategies about function, land value and guidance. The plan folows the main concept “water-green, core drive, axis expand, pergola through, area link aging”, advances the construction of new center, corridor of New Dai River, New Area of innovate, industrial Relics Park, and International Shopping Mal, constructs “one area, one corridor, one district, one park, and one city”structure.
