2018年10月14日至15日,由中国外文局和日本言论NPO共同举办的第十四届北京—东京论坛在日本东京举行。本届论坛主题为'深化互信与合作,共担亚洲及世界和平与发展责任—思考中日和平友好条约的现实意义'。中央宣传部副部长、国务院新闻办公室主任徐麟,日本前首相福田康夫出席开幕式并作主旨演讲与特别演讲。本刊总编辑赵启正受邀参会并发表演讲。本文整理了演讲的主要内容,以飨读者。
From October 14 th to 15 th, 2018, the 14 th Beijing-Tokyo Forum was held in Tokyo, Japan, co-sponsored by China Foreign Language Publishing Administration and NPO. The theme of this forum is 'Deepening mutual trust and cooperation, sharing responsibility for peace and development in Asia and the world — reflecting on the practical significance of the Sino-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship'. Xu Lin, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Director of the Information Office of the State Council of China, and former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda attended the opening ceremony and delivered keynote speeches. Zhao Qizheng, Editor-in-Chief of the Public Diplomacy Quarterly, was invited to speak at the forum. This article presents the main content of his speech.
