摘要
服务外包的发展要基于企业或产业园区的创新升级,产业园区创新氛围的创设需要形成'一般供应商-主要供应商-合同主导商-品牌领导者'的外包承接结构安排。将微观层面外包企业的路径选择与宏观层面的区域递进发展模式有机地结合起来,可以帮助产业园区打破路径依赖,获得更多的创新机会。广东各城市需要构建分工明确、层次鲜明、递进型的服务外包发展模式。从委托代理向纵向一体化发展,最终向横向虚拟一体化升级递进。
Service outsourcing upgrading means the upgrading from lower value to higher value;however it has the path-dependence and lock-in effect.Moreover,the upgrading from lower value to higher value generally follows the path of general suppliers-main suppliers-main contractors-the brand leader.Based on the above analysis,the status quo of Guangdong service outsourcing indicates that Guangdong service suppliers still remain in the lower value with agency relation.To upgrade Guangdong service outsourcing,cities and industrial parks should make a clear specialization,regional industry division and cooperation should be advocated.The upgrading of Guangdong service outsourcing can move from agency relation to strategic alliance relation.
