摘要
为提高邮政运输网络的整体运行效率,提出一种集三级中心选址和车辆调度于一体的混合邮政运输车辆调度模型。模型同时涉及到邮件的送取、多种车型调度和区域规划等问题。模型的求解分为两个相互关联的阶段,第一阶段确定三级中心局和划分区域并完成中心局之间的邮件配送;第二阶段求解各三级中心局内部的车辆调度问题,并将结果返回到第一阶段;两个阶段分别采用中心分配法和禁忌遗传混合算法。最后,以贵州邮政的实际生产数据对模型和算法进行实证分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性和实用性。
A hybrid postal transportation model with center location and vehicle routing problem is proposed for improving the efficiency of postal transportation network.The proposed model includes picking up/delivering packages,scheduling multi-type vehicles and area partition.The solution of the model is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the thirdlevel centers and their regions are determined and the delivery tasks between different centers are allocated.In the second stage,the vehicle scheduling problem of each third-level center is solved and the result is returned to the first stage.The center distribution method and taboo-genetic hybrid algorithm are employed in the two stages,respectively.Finally,the empirical analysis is performed with the production data of Guizhou postal.The results show that the proposed model and algorithm are valid and practical.
