摘要
海警人才培训体制是海警人才培养实践活动的组织基础和运行机制,建立科学合理的培训体制是确保我国海警人才培养实践活动顺利开展的重要制度保障之一。本文立足培训体制现状,从优化原则、优化设计和优化应注意的问题等三个方面,对我国海警人才培训体制优化进行了探讨。
Talents training system for Coast Guard is the organization foundation and operation mechanism for the practical activity of Coast Guard talents cultivation. To carry out such activity effectively, it is one of important system guarantees to build a scientific training system. This paper,based on the actual training system, discusses the optimizing principles, optimizing design, questions that should be dealt with in optimizing talents training system for China Coast Guard.
