摘要
本文根据党的十八届三中全会提出的健全军队院校教育、部队训练实践、军事职业教育三位一体的新型军事人才培养体系,结合海警队伍自身特点,从理论上对三位一体的新型海警人才培养体系做了一定阐述,初步揭示了其独具特色的内涵、各要素之间的职能关系以及实践要求。
In this paper, according to the new military personnel training system based on military college education, military training practice, military vocational education called 'Three-In-One' which was mentioned in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee, combining the characteristics of Maritime police team, we discussed the theory of maritime police team under the new situation of 'Three-In-One' personnel training system, preliminarily revealed the connotation with its own characteristics, the functional relationship between various elements and practical requirements.
