摘要
应力集中是工程实际中影响构件破坏的主要原因之一 ,其研究主要以实验为主 ,但由于种种限制 ,不能直接测得应力集中处的最大应变或应力 ,必须由附近几个点的实验值去推算 ,这就需要提高对实验数据的处理精度 对三种应力集中试件进行应变电测实验 ,并将灰色系统方法理论中的GM(1 ,1 )模型应用于应力集中测试技术的数据处理 ,根据应力集中处附近的应变测试值 ,能方便地求出应力集中处的最大应变 把用灰色预测法所得结果与光弹解的结果相比较两者很相近 ,说明预测精度高 而且该方法使用简便 ,所需实验数据少 ,可以节省大量的人力、财力 。
Stress concentration is one of the major reasons of component damage and the major research method on this is experimental. Because of various restrictions, the maximum strain and stress in the region of stress concentration can not be directly measured. It must be reckoned by the experimental data of some nearby points and needed to raise the handling precision for the experimental data needs to be raised. In this paper, three different forms of stress concentration are tested. The grey model GM(1,1) of Grey System is used to analyse the experimental data, and to obtain the maximum strain in the a region of dynamic stress concentration. Comparing the predicted results with photoelastic ones, it shows that the two agree well but the grey method is of higher accuracy, simpler, and of wider use. This method needs fewer data, and saves manpower and financial power greatly.
