应力集中引起的金属磁记忆现象的研究 被引量:11

摘要 金属磁记忆检测技术是一种新兴的无损检测技术,有着广阔的应用前景,但关于磁记忆现象产生的机理的研究还很不完善,由应力集中引起的磁场变化特征没有得到专门的研究.本文以双侧U形凹口的应力集中试样为例,在实验机上对其进行拉伸,用专用的检测仪检测其在静载状态下所产生的磁场信号.结果表明磁场分布状况和应力集中的状况之间有较好的一致性,说明了金属磁记忆检测技术可以用于检测应力集中,因而可以为应力的检测探索一种新的方法,具有重要的现实意义. Metal magnetic memory (MMM) is a new technology in nondestructive testing technology which has a vast prospect for applications. But the study of the mechanism to induce magnetic memory phenomenon is not perfect. Especially, the investigation into magnetic variable characters induced by stress concentration has not been carried on. In this paper, the double U-shape stress concentration sample as an example is studied. While it is pulled by the experimental machine, the magnetic signal under the state of static load is detected by special instrument. The result indicates that there is a good coherence between the magnetic distribution and stress concentration statue. At the same time it proves that MMM testing technology can be applied in testing stress concentration and become a new method in testing stress. Therefore, the research has important practical significance.
