摘要
榜样作为人们行动的典范,具有普遍性、多样性,而且榜样的力量是巨大的。要发挥榜样的力量,教育者首先必须以身作则,其次要为学生提供学习榜样,然后要引导学生对榜样进行分析,同时要优化德育环境,最后要恰当地使用强化机制。
A fine example , the highest instance of human conduct , boundless power with universality and variety. Educators must first set fine examples with their own conducts for the students and then give correct guidance to the students in the analysis of those examples. Meanwhile, educators should optimize the moral envi-ronment around and avail themselves of the mechanism of intensity properly .
