摘要
介绍了用荧光法测定稠油乳化HLB值的原理及操作方法。该方法共分 2步 ,第 1步测定待测油的乳化HLB值范围 ,第 2步测定待测油的乳化HLB准确值。在此基础上 ,用荧光法测定了辽河油田高 3 5 5 3井、高3 4 0 4 2井普通稠油及 5 6 30井超稠油的乳化HLB值 ,得到了相应的准确值。
The principle and procedure for determining heavy oil emulsifying HLB with fluorescence method were introduced.This method contains two steps, i.e. the first step is to survey the HLB value range, and the second step is to determine the exact HLB value of the oil example. The emulsifying HLB values of the regular heavy crude oil from Gao 3 5 53 well and Gao 3 4 042 wells and the super heavy crude oil from 5630 well in Liaohe Oil Field were determined with this methods and the corresponding exact HLB values were obtained.
