摘要
目的探讨输尿管软镜与负压吸引鞘联合治疗肾结石的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2022年2月至2023年12月于河南宏力医院就诊的63例肾结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组接受输尿管软镜治疗,观察组接受负压吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜治疗。比较两组术后3 d、术后2周、术后1个月结石残留情况;比较两组术前及术后1个月肾功能;比较两组术后1个月内并发症发生情况。结果术后3 d、术后2周及术后1个月,观察组结石残留率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后,两组肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C、β2微球蛋白水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(9.38%,3/32)与对照组(12.90%,4/31)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管软镜与负压吸引鞘联合治疗肾结石有助降低结石残留率,改善肾功能,且不会增加术后并发症发生率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of flexible ureteroscopy combined with negative pressure suction sheath in the treatment of renal calculi.MethodsA total of 63 patients with renal calculi who were treated in Henan Honliv Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled in the cohort study.And they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received flexible ureteroscopy treatment;and the observation group received negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy therapy.The 3-day,2-week and 1-month postoperative residual rate of calculi of the two groups were compared.The preoperative and 1-month postoperative renal function of the two groups were compared.The incidences of complications within 1 month after surgery in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe 3-day,2-week and 1-month postoperative residual rates of calculi of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After operation,the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin-C andβ2 microglobulin in both groups decreased,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group(9.38%,3/32)and the control group(12.90%,4/31),P>0.05.ConclusionsThe combination of flexible ureteroscopy and negative pressure suction sheath in the treatment of renal calculi can reduce the residual rate of calculi and improve renal function without increasing the incidence of postoperative complications.
