摘要
文章旨在建立双柏消肿止痛膏的质量控制方法。实验采用薄层色谱法鉴定配方中的当归尾、赤芍,用高效液相色谱法测定配方中黄柏的盐酸小檗碱含量,并采用显微鉴定法鉴定配方中的大黄、黄柏、侧柏叶、红花。研究发现,当归尾、赤芍的薄层色谱法鉴别专属性强,阴性无干扰;大黄的簇晶、黄柏的石细胞、侧柏叶的气孔、红花的花粉粒等显微特征均较为明显;黄柏中的盐酸小檗碱在24.92~299.11 ng (R2=1.000 0)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为102.3%(n=9),SRSD=2.6%。结果表明,该方法简便、专属性强、重复性好,可作为双柏消肿止痛膏的质量标准。
The article aims to establish a quality control method for Shuangbai Xiaozhong Zhitong Cream(a anti-inflammatory and pain relieving drug).Thin layer chromatography is used to identify the Angelica sinensis tail and red peony in the formula.High performance liquid chromatography is used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in phellodendron in the formula.Microscopic identification is used to identify rhubarb,phellodendron,platycladus orientalis leaves,and safflower in the formula.The thin-layer chromatography method for identifying Angelica sinensis tail and red peony has strong specificity and negative results without interference.The microscopic features such as cluster crystals of rhubarb,stone cells of phellodendron,stomata of platycladus orientalis leaves,and pollen grains of safflower are all obvious.The berberine hydrochloride in phellodendron exhibits a good linear relationship between 24.92-299.11ng(R^(2)=1.0000),with an average recovery rate of 102.3%(n=9)and an SRSD of 2.6%.The results show that this method is simple,highly specific,and reproducible,and can be used as a quality standard for Shuangbai Xiaozhong Zhitong cream.
