摘要
创新创业教育与劳动教育的互嵌交融是创造性劳动能力更高层次的表现形式,是培养新时代大学生创造性劳动能力的重要途径。高职院校应以实用型导向和技术创新、服务区域经济发展为办学定位,以“教育链服务产业链、创新链提升价值链”为核心办学理念,为地方经济发展培养高层次高质量的应用型技术技能人才。创新创业教育与劳动教育融合具有一定的理论基础和现实意义,创新思维和创业理念在劳动实践中有着重要作用。“劳创融合”模式构建需要从组织领导、顶层设计、课程设置、教学体系、师资队伍等方面一体化推进。同时,需建立劳创融合模式的评价体系,用于持续监测和动态评估“劳创融合”教育的质量,不断提升其适应性和有效性,确保职业教育活动与劳动市场需求紧密对接,实现创新创业教育与劳动教育高效融合、共生发展。
The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education represents a higher level of creative labor capacity and is a crucial pathway for cultivating the creative labor capabilities of college students in the new era.Vocational colleges should orient their development towards practicality,technological innovation,and service to regional economic development,with a core philosophy of“educating to serve industry,innovating to enhance value,”aiming to cultivate high-level,high-quality technical and skilled talents for the local economy.The fusion of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education is theoretically grounded and practically significant,where innovative thinking and entrepreneurial concepts play a vital role in the practice of labor.The construction of the“Labor-Creation Integration”model necessitates a holistic approach,addressing organizational leadership,strategic planning,curriculum development,educational systems,and the professional development of teaching staff.Additionally,establishing an evaluation system for the Labor-Creation Integration model is essential for continuous monitoring and dynamic assessment of the quality of the integrated education.This ensures the adaptability and effectiveness of vocational education are continuously enhanced,aligning closely with the demands of the labor market.The research concludes that the effective integration and symbiotic development of innovation and entrepreneurship education with labor education can be achieved,thereby fulfilling the educational mission of nurturing talents equipped with innovative qualities,entrepreneurial capabilities,and a sense of national commitment.
