摘要
                
                    目的探讨不同患肢抬高方式和角度对缓解单侧踝关节骨折患者术前软组织肿胀情况的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年3月在深圳市宝安区福永人民医院骨科住院治疗的60例单侧踝关节骨折患者为研究对象。随机分成6组,分别予梯形位抬高15°、30°、45°及斜坡位抬高15°、30°、45°6种体位。从入院当天开始,到局部肿胀分级为Ⅰ级。记录每位患者肿胀值、肿胀分级、疼痛程度、舒适度的差异。结果斜坡位抬高30°、45°均可有效改善患者肿胀值;斜坡位抬高30°、梯形位抬高30°的患者肿胀分级高于其他组;斜坡位抬高30°、45°治疗后疼痛程度低于其他抬高方式的疼痛程度;斜坡位抬高30°治疗后舒适度明显高于其他抬高方式的舒适度,以上结果的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同体位在同一抬高角度的肿胀值和肿胀分级方面的对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论踝关节骨折术前软组织肿胀患者的患肢抬高方式在采取斜坡位45°时减轻肿胀程度效果较为理想,通过结合舒适度,斜坡位30°为最理想的抬高方式。
                
                Objective To investigate the effects of different elevation modes and angles of affected limbs on the relief of soft tissue swelling in patients with unilateral ankle fracture before surgery.Methods Select 60 patients with unilateral ankle fractures who were hospitalized in our orthopedic department from October 2021 to March 2023 and met the criteria as the research subjects.Randomly divide into 6 groups.Provide six different positions:lift the trapezoid position by 15°,30°and 45°,and lift the slope position by 15°,30°and 45°Starting from the day of admission,the local swelling was classified as Grade I.Record the differences in swelling value,swelling grading,pain level,and comfort level for each patient.Results Elevating the slope position by 30°or 45°can effectively improve the swelling value of patients.The swelling grading of patients with a slope elevation of 30°and a trapezoidal elevation of 30°was significantly higher than that of other groups.The pain level after treatment with slope elevation of 30°and 45°is significantly lower than that of other elevation methods.The comfort level after treatment with a slope elevation of 30 degrees was significantly higher than that of other elevation methods,and the differences in the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of swelling values and swelling grading at the same elevation angle between different positions.Conclusions The elevation of the affected limb in patients with soft tissue swelling before ankle fracture is more effective in reducing the degree of swelling when the slope position is 45°,and the slope position of 30°is the most ideal elevation by combining comfort.
