摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺在火电厂烟气脱硫中得到了普遍应用,但在实际运行中,经常出现石膏含水率高的现象。含水率过高会导致石膏难以脱除,影响机组脱硫系统的安全运行。本文以某火电厂为例,阐述了电厂湿法脱硫的工艺原理。从脱水系统相关设备、浆液品质、氧化不充分等方面系统分析了石膏含水率超标问题,并提出科学的治理措施,从而将石膏含水率降低到合格范围内,保障脱硫系统的正常运行。
The limestone gypsum wet fl ue gas desulfurization process has been widely used in fl ue gas desulfurization of thermal power plants,however,in actual operation,the phenomenon of high gypsum moisture content often occurs.Excessive moisture content can lead to diffi culty in removing gypsum and aff ect the safe operation of the desulfurization system of the unit.This article takes a certain thermal power plant as an example to explain the principle of wet desulfurization technology in power plants.The problem of excessive gypsum moisture content is systematically analyzed from the aspects of dehydration system related equipment,slurry quality,insuffi cient oxidation,etc.Scientifi c governance measures are proposed to reduce gypsum moisture content to within the qualifi ed range and ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system.
