摘要
在湿法脱硫过程中,强制氧化风量对FGD系统的经济、高效、稳定运行非常重要。强制氧化风量偏大,会使氧化装置选型过大,增大脱硫系统的投资成本和运行费用,还会使吸收塔发生浆液溢流等问题;强制氧化风量偏小,会在FGD系统内形成结垢,造成设备和管道的堵塞,也直接影响FGD系统的脱硫效率、脱硫剂的利用率、石膏的脱水性能和石膏的品质等。系统分析了强制氧化风量偏大或偏小对湿法脱硫系统运行的影响,并推导出强制氧化风量的计算公式。
In the term of wet desulphurization process,forced oxidation air amount is one of core parameters in flue gas desulphurization process for which has an important influence on the economy,high-efficiently and steadily operating of FGD system.Large forced oxidation air amount not only can cause large oxidation device selected which will increase investment and operating cost of FGD system,but also can lead to slurry overflowing from absorber etc.While,small forced oxidation air amount is incline to form deposition and slagging which will cause blockage of equipment and pipeline of FGD system,and has a negative influence on desulphurization efficiency,utilization rate of desulphurizer,dehydration performance and quality of gypsum etc.The effect of forced oxidation air amount on FGD system operating is analyzes,and its calculation formula is deduced.
