摘要
                
                    随着平台经济、共享经济的快速发展,新就业形态劳动者大量涌现,劳动关系日益复杂化,劳动者合法权益得不到充分保障。通过以网约车司机为切入点,深入调研太原市巡游网约车行业工会联合会,详细了解网约车司机生存现状和其所面临的困境,梳理分析原因、研究对策,推进以行业工会为主导的入会、维权、服务模式,将有助于解决当前的现实问题。
                
                The rapid development of platform and shared economies has led to a surge in new employment forms,significantly complicating labor relations and leaving many workers'legitimate rights insufficiently protected.Focusing on ride-hailing drivers as a case study,this research delves into the living conditions and challenges faced by these workers through an in-depth survey of the Taiyuan Ride-Hailing Trade Union Federation.The report analyzes the causes of these challenges and proposes actionable solutions.By promoting a trade union-led model that integrates membership enrollment,rights protection,and service provision,this approach seeks to address pressing issues and improve the well-being of workers in new employment forms.
