摘要
高校思政课教师承担着立德树人、铸魂育人的神圣使命。提升新时代高校思政课教师基本素养是适应社会环境变化、推进高校思政课改革创新和促进高校思政课教师履行职责的需要。当前党和国家对思政课教师基本素养的要求和高校思政课教师基本素养的现实情况之间存在着一定差距。要通过加强顶层设计和制度建设,增强外部动力和深化高校思政课教师基本素养的培育,激发其内在潜能,以全方位强化思政课教师基本素养的提升。
The teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities undertake the sacred mission of establishing morality and cultivating people,casting soul and cultivating people.To improve the basic quality of college teachers of ideological and political theory course in the new era is to adapt to the changes of social environment,to pro-mote the reform and innovation of college ideological and political theory course,and to promote college teachers of ideo-logical and political theory course to fulfill their duties.At present,there is a gap between the requirements of the party and the state on the basic quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory course and the reality of the teachers’basic quality in colleges and universities.We should strengthen the top-level design and system construction,strengthen the exter-nal power and deepen the cultivation of the basic quality of the ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,and stimulate their inner potential,to enhance the basic quality of ideological and political theory teachers in an all-round way.
