高校学报编委会在服务高校人才培养中的职能及实施路径探讨

摘要 高校学报编委会在不断提升学报质量、学术水平的同时,通过指导稿件提升教师学术研究水平,以发现学术新人、培养学术人才;通过帮助稿件把关,培养学生的创新精神,提升人才培养质量;在论文选题把关方面以产教融合理念为导向,提高师生的研究能力和学术水平,促进产学研一体化和产教融合深入发展,推动人才培养质量的提升;通过专家库建设和吸引优秀作者,促进学科队伍建设和学科建设水平,加强学术人才的发现与培养,为高校人才培养做好服务。 This paper focuses on the main role of the journal editorial committee in college talent training and talent construction,highlighting the important function of the journal editorial committee in college talent training and how to implement this function.While improving the quality and academic level of the journal,the editorial committee of the journal of the university improves the teachers’academic research level through guiding the manuscript,so as to discover the new academic personnel and cultivate academic talents.It cultivates students’innovative spirit and improves the quality of talent training by checking manuscripts.In terms of the selection of thesis topics,guided by the concept of integration of production and education,it improves the research ability and academic level of teachers and students,promotes the integration of production,learning and research and the integration of production and education,and promotes the improvement of the quality of talent training.Through the construction of expert database and attracting excellent authors,the construction of discipline team and discipline construction can be promoted,and the discovery and training of academic talents can be strengthened to serve the talents training of universities.
