摘要
学报编辑委员会对学报编辑出版起着指导、监督和咨询作用,高等院校要以学术水平为主导,确定编委人选,建立编委会工作制度,调动编委拓展优质稿源,适时调整编委会人选,从而有效地发挥学报编委会的作用。
The aditorial committee of university journal plays a instructing. supervising and consulting role in the editing and publishing of journals. In order to give it an effective play, universities should, with academic level as a standard, determine and timely adjust members of editorial committee, establish working rules and motivate editors to spread sources of good essays.
