某型发动机风扇大叶片附加不平衡量分析及修正

Analysis and Correction of Additional Unbalance of Large Fan Blades of a Certain Aero-engine

摘要 大涵道比涡扇发动机风扇叶片具有尺寸大、质量重等特点,在现有装配工艺条件下,风扇叶片安装整机后产生的装配附加不平衡量对整机振动具有重要影响,严重时将出现整机振动超限现象,甚至无法进行本机平衡后试车。以CFM56发动机为对象,对风扇叶片安装旋转轴线进行分析以及附加不平衡量计算,并采用平衡螺钉在试车前装配阶段测量、补偿修正的工艺方法,改善了风扇平衡品质,提高了发动机振动裕度,取得了满意效果,为其他发动机研制及应用提供了参考。
