摘要
本研究旨在探讨色彩心理学与艺术疗愈的背景下,中国传统药材色彩的提取及其在心理健康中的应用。色彩不仅是一种视觉体验,更对人的情绪和心理状态产生深远影响。现代社会中,色彩疗愈已逐渐受到关注,而中国传统药材则以其独特的色彩和药性相结合,在健康维护中展现出独特价值。通过分析中药材的色彩特征及其文化内涵,本文提出如何在疗养环境和包装设计中合理运用中药色彩,以增强患者的心理舒适度与信任感。本研究希望为中药的现代化应用提供新的视角,推动色彩疗愈与中医学的融合,为提升人们的身心健康贡献力量。
The purpose of this study was to explore the extraction of traditional Chinese medicinal colors and their application in mental health under the background of color psychology and art healing.Color is not only a visual experience,but also has a profound impact on people's emotions and psychological states.In modern society,color healing has been paid more and more attention,and Chinese traditional medicine shows its unique value in health maintenance with its unique combination of color and medicine.Based on the analysis of the color characteristics and cultural connotation of Chinese medicinal materials,this paper proposed how to use Chinese medicinal materials reasonably in the recuperation environment and packaging design,so as to enhance the psychological comfort and trust of patients.This study hopes to provide a new perspective for the modern application of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the integration of color healing and traditional Chinese medicine,and contribute to improving people's physical and mental health.
