摘要
本文旨在以跨媒介理论的视角,探索并建构一种建筑遗产价值可视化评估模型。首先,基于开放性的跨媒介理论认识,以苏州市控保、文保单位为基础对研究样本进行区位界定;然后从历史与文化、美学与工艺、经济与社会等3个评估维度对数据与案例进行分析,量化影响建筑遗产价值体现的数个关键因素。最后,通过数据整合与信息可视化方式设计产出建筑遗产价值评估模型,高效且具有可持续特征。该模型以视觉形式整合并量化建筑遗产在艺术性、文化传统、地域特色以及文旅经济等多方面的价值评估标准,可提升建筑遗产研究的效率,并为遗产保护、多方协同创新与未来可持续治理提供有益参考。
This study aims to explore and develop a visual assessment model for architectural heritage value through the lens of cross-media theory.Based on an open understanding of cross-media perspectives,the research delineates study samples from controlled and protected heritage sites in Suzhou.Data and case analyses were conducted across three evaluation dimensions:historical and cultural,aesthetic and craftsmanship,and economic and social,to quantify key factors influencing architectural heritage value.Finally,a sustainable and efficient architectural heritage value assessment model was designed through data integration and information visualisation.This model visually integrates and quantifies evaluation criteria across dimensions such as artistry,cultural traditions,regional characteristics,and cultural tourism economy.It enhances research efficiency and offers valuable references for heritage conservation,multi-stakeholder collaboration,and future sustainable governance.
