摘要
新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释对于培养青年思想素质、增强青年理论素养、提升青年实践能力、引领青年价值取向等方面都产生了积极的影响,激发了青年热情和创新意识,为社会发展增添了新的活力和动力。然而在实际中,出现了部分青年理论学习理解困难与实践不足的情况。提升新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释的效果需要在理论研究、培训方案、实践体验和交流、激励机制等方面进行全方位的探讨和提升,让青年更好地了解和掌握创新理论,成为建设中国特色社会主义的中坚力量。同时,也需要不断总结经验,加强实践探索,不断适应新时代发展的需求,推动创新理论更好地服务于党和国家的发展大局。
The youth interpretation of the Party's new theory in the new era has a positive impact on the cultivation of young people's ideological quality,the enhancement of young people's theoretical literacy,the enhancement of young people's practical ability,and the guidance of young people's value orientation,which stimulates young people's enthusiasm and innovation consciousness,and adds new vitality and impetus to social development.However,in practice,some young people have difficulties in theoretical learning and understanding and lack of practice.To improve the effect of youth interpretation of the Party's new theory in the new era,it is necessary to conduct all-round discussion and improvement in theoretical research,training programs,practical experience and communication,incentive mechanism and other aspects,so that young people can better understand and master the new theory and become the backbone of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it is also necessary to constantly sum up experience,strengthen practical exploration,constantly adapt to the needs of development in the new era,and promote the new theory to better serve the overall development of the Party and the country.
